Description: A social group for children to continue their school-time routine even over the holidays! This group is for children who have difficulty with change in routine. This camp will address fine and gross motor skills, social interacations and play skills and classroom skills through the use of board games, crafts, music, cooperative play, and toy play. Activities will be taught using principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis, including prompting, reinforcement and chaining.
Where: Canoe Therapy Burlington
Appropriate for: For children who are 4-7 years old with limited or no functional communication looking for social skills. Appropriate for a children with a range of diagnoses, including Autism (ASD).
When: 3 days/week for 2 weeks

Extended Healthcare Coverage: May be eligible for Special Service at Home funding. Developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavioural Analyst and implemented by an Instructor Therapist.
