My name is Erin Marshall, I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over 8 years working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. I began working in the field as an instructor therapist in 2008 in Kitchener-Waterloo. Since then I have been constantly striving to improve, by attending various courses, workshops and conferences, earning my Masters of Science in Psychology in 2015 with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis, and eventually receiving my designation as a BCBA. I am fully committed to continuing my education, to stay at the forefront of behaviour science in pursuit of my goal to provide the best services possible.
I am passionate about improving quality of life for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related exceptionalities. I take a strength-based approach to intervention and in the past, I have found it to be incredibly valuable to use individual’s special interests within their individualized programs and intervention. I believe that an effective intervention is both socially valid and one where the family feels involved.
When I am not working, I enjoy going on adventures with my 2-year-old son, playing video games with my husband, sewing, and relaxing with a good book.
