Jennifer completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with honours, and a Master's degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from Dalhousie University. She is registered with the College of Audiologists and SpeechLanguage Pathologists of Ontario, as well as SpeechLanguage and Audiology Canada. Jennifer is trained and certified with Lidcombe, PROMPT, and Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol.
Jennifer's prior experience has included working with preschool and schoolaged children, as well as adults in both the public and private sectors. She has provided inschool and inhome services to children and adults through the CCAC. Jennifer has experience assessing and treating a wide range of communication delays and disorders including, articulation, childhood apraxia of speech, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, and resonance. Jennifer believes in a familycentred approach to therapy, and enjoys working closely with families and other team members to establish goals and develop treatment plans.
When she's not working, Jennifer enjoys traveling, reading a good book, taking dance classes, and cheering on the Blue Jays.
