With a B.A. in English and Linguistics & Applied Language Studies, followed by a graduate degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, Nancianne has been practicing Speech-Language Pathology five years. She is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. She is Hanen certified and completed PECS training.
Nancianne's experience includes; assessing and providing intervention for delayed and disordered articulation, receptive and expressive language, school aged-fluency, early language development and literacy. In particular, she is interested in helping kids with autism and is happy to consult with school personnel, as she did when she worked at the Hamilton-Wentwork District School Board. She now shares her time between helping children at Canoe and at the Halton District School Board.
When she's not helping children on their therapeutic journey, she's rollerblading, knitting toys, and visiting new places.
